You can find your current carrier’s transfer PIN and account number by either looking into the following information or calling the respective customer support:

  1. Assurance Wireless  
  • Account Number: To obtain your Assurance Wireless account number, please contact their team directly at 888-321-5880. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your carrier PIN or passcode consists of either a 6-digit or 10-digit code chosen by you during the sign-up process. If you need to verify these details, kindly reach out to Assurance Wireless customer support at 888-321-5880. 
  1. Astound Broadband 
  • Account Number: You can obtain your Astound Broadband account number by either calling 800-427-8686 or logging into your account at https://www.astound.com/. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To retrieve your Astound Broadband account number, please call 800-427-8686. 
  1. Astound Mobile  
  • Account Number: To obtain your Astound Mobile account number, please contact their team at 800-427-8686. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your Astound Mobile PIN can be provided by their customer support team, reachable at 800-427-8686. 
  1. AT&T
  • Account Number: Contact customer support by dialing 611 for this information. 
  • Carrier PIN: Dial *PORT (*7678) and follow the instructions to receive your Number Transfer PIN via text message. Ensure you have your wireless passcode on hand to finalize your request. 
  1. Boost Mobile  
  • Account Number: Your account number is typically located in the top center of your bill and can also be found in your online account. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your Carrier PIN is the last four digits of your SIM card. If you are unsure about your PIN, please contact Boost at 888-266-7848. 
  1. Cellcom  
  • Account Number: Your Cellcom account number is available on your invoice. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To obtain your unique PIN code, please call 800-236-0055 or dial 611 from your Cellcom device. It’s important to note that all port out details for Cellcom can only be requested by the Financially Responsible Person (FRP) or Level 1 user of the account. 
  1. Comcast / Xfinity Mobile  
  • Account Number: To locate your Comcast/Xfinity Mobile account number, sign in to My Account where it will be displayed at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can find it on the top-right corner of your bill. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your Xfinity Mobile PIN may be the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). Additionally, you can access your Xfinity Mobile account online and follow these steps: Navigate to the Devices section in your account, select the phone number you wish to transfer, and scroll down to find the option “Transfer your number, cancel this line.” Follow the provided instructions to obtain your secure PIN via text. 
  1. Consumer Cellular  
  • Account Number: You can find your account number in your online account or by contacting Consumer Cellular at 888-345-5509. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your PIN number should be the last four digits of the account holder’s Social Security Number. Alternatively, the default PIN is 0000. For assistance reaching the porting center, dial 888-750-5519. 
  1. Cricket  
  • Account Number: You can find your account number in your online account or by contacting Cricket at 800-274-2538. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your PIN is your Authorization ID, which was created when you set up your online account. If you don’t remember it, you can call Cricket at 800-274-2538 for assistance. 
  1. Dish Wireless 
  • Account Number: To obtain your Dish Wireless account number, please contact their customer support team at 800-333-3474 or visit https://www.dish.com/contact.

  1. FreeMo

  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: For your FreeMo porting details, please contact their customer support team at 800-335-5852 or email them at support@getfreemo.com. 
  1. Google Fi  
  • Account Number: Your account number can be found on the top right corner of your bill or accessed through your online account portal. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To transfer your number from Google Fi to another carrier, begin by canceling your Google Fi service. Access the Google Fi app or website and navigate to the “Manage plan” section in the “Account” tab to initiate cancellation. Follow the guided steps to confirm cancellation and then select the option to transfer your number to another carrier. This process will provide you with your port-out number and PIN necessary for the transfer. 
  1. Google Voice 
  • Account Number: Your Google Voice account number is your 10-digit Google Voice phone number. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your carrier PIN is the same PIN used to access your voicemail from another phone. If assistance is required, please contact Google Voice at 866-246-6453. Note: Please be aware that porting with Google Voice may take 5-7 days to complete due to their lines being handled similarly to landlines. 
  1. Lively  
  • Account Number: To retrieve your Lively account number, log into your Lively account, navigate to ‘Account Settings,’ and locate the ‘Port Out Information’ section. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To obtain your carrier PIN or passcode, dial #7678 from your phone to receive a text message containing your 6-digit PIN. Alternatively, you can contact Lively customer support at 800-733-6632 for assistance. 
  1. Lyca Mobile  
  • Account Number: To obtain your 11-digit account number, please contact Lyca Mobile customer support at 866-277-3221. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your carrier PIN or passcode is your 4-digit CIP number. Lyca typically sends this number via SMS when you first register your account on the Lyca website. If you require assistance or do not have the details, please contact Customer support at 866-277-3221. 
  1. Metro 
  • Account Number: Access your MetroPCS account by visiting MetroPCS.com, then navigate to My Account and select Payments. Alternatively, you can locate your account number in the bill reminder texts sent monthly. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your carrier PIN is usually your birthday unless you’ve modified it previously. For verification or assistance, please contact MetroPCS at 888-863-8768. 
  1. Mint  
  • Account Number: Obtain your account number through Mint’s live chat by typing “Account number” and selecting the prompt “To port out.” Your Mint Mobile account number can also be found on the top right corner of your bill or in your online account portal.   • Account Number: Your Net10 account number is identical to your device’s IMEI number. To locate the device IMEI:  For Apple devices: Navigate to Settings, General, About, then scroll to find IMEI. For Android devices: Go to Settings, About Phone, then Status. Alternatively, dial #06# to display the IMEI. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Net10 does not utilize PINs or passcodes. If the receiving operator requires a passcode, please use 0000. For verification of this information, it is recommended to contact NET10 at 877-836-2368. 
  1. Optimum Mobile  
  • Account Number: You can find your Optimum Mobile account number in your account settings. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To obtain your PIN, dial 866-200-7186 or 611 from an Optimum Mobile phone to contact their team. The transfer PIN, valid for 7 days, will be sent to you via email and text.   • Account Number: Your RedPocket Mobile account number is the same as your 10-digit phone number.

  1. Republic Wireless  
  • Account Number: Your account number is your 10-digit phone number. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your carrier PIN can be found in your online account portal under Account Settings. If you’re uncertain, please contact Republic Wireless at 800-368-4268. Porting from Republic Wireless can take up to 7 business days. Once the port out is requested, there is a 72-hour window before your number transfer is completed. 
  1. Simple Mobile  
  • Account Number: To obtain your account number and confirm your port-out request, please contact Simple Mobile at 877-878-7908. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: To receive your 4-digit Transfer PIN, text ‘NPP’ or ‘NTP’ to 611611. 
  1. Sprint  
  • Account Number: You can usually locate it at the top center of your bill or within your online account. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your PIN is the call-in passcode utilized when contacting customer support. It can be configured or modified within your online account settings. If you’re unable to access your online account, kindly contact Sprint at 888-211-4727. 
  1. Straight Talk  
  • Account Number: Usually, it’s the IMEI/MEID of your phone, or if you brought your own phone, it’s the last 15 digits of the SIM card. 
  • Carrier PIN: Visit your My Account page, select “Update personal profile,” and then “Current Security PIN.” If the field is blank, please contact Straight Talk at 877-430-2355. 
  1. T-Mobile  
  • Account Number: You can locate your account number in the upper-right hand corner of your bill or on your account page.

  1. Tello  
  • Account Number: To obtain your account number, please contact Tello customer support at 866-377-0294. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: You can use 0000 as a placeholder PIN/passcode. 
  1. TextNow 
  • Account Number: Your account number is your 10-digit TextNow phone number. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your default PIN should be 1234. To initiate the porting process, access the app menu, select ‘My Account,’ choose ‘Number Porting,’ and tap ‘Port out your number’. 
  1. Ting 
  • Account Number: To access your account number, log in to your Ting account. Then, select Account settings and scroll to the bottom of the page. Choose Port Out information to view your account number. For further assistance, contact Ting at 855-846-4389. 
  • Carrier PIN: To retrieve your PIN (passcode), access your Ting account online. Navigate to Account Settings and scroll down to find Port out information. Click on it to view your PIN. By default, the PIN is set to 0000 unless you’ve modified it. 
  1. Tracfone  
  • Account Number: Your Tracfone account number consists of the full 20 digits of your SIM card number. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your Tracfone carrier PIN comprises the last four digits of your SIM card number. 
  1. Total Wireless  
  • Account Number: Your Total Wireless account number is equivalent to your phone’s IMEI/MEID. 
  • Carrier PIN: The default PIN number for Total Wireless is 0000, unless you have modified it. If you need assistance, you can contact Total Wireless at 866-663-3633. 
  1. Twigby: 
  • Account Number: Your Twigby account number can be provided to you through Live chat on Twigby’s website. Alternatively, you can find it by logging in to twigby.com/signin/login, navigating to the Account Summary tab, and locating your account number in the Account Overview box. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your Twigby PIN can also be provided to you through Live chat on Twigby’s website. Alternatively, you can find it by logging in to twigby.com/signin/login, visiting the Account Summary tab, and checking the Account Overview box. If no PIN is listed, please use 1234. 
  1. Ultra Mobile  
  • Account Number: You can find your Ultra Mobile account number at the top left corner of your online account management portal.  
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: Your Ultra Mobile carrier PIN/passcode consists of the last four digits of your Ultra Mobile phone number. If you do not have access to the portal, please call 888-777-0446 for assistance. 
  1. US Cellular 
  • Account Number: Your US Cellular account number is available in your online account or by contacting US Cellular at 888-944-9400. 
  • Carrier PIN: Your US Cellular carrier PIN is the last four digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). If you are unsure, please contact US Cellular at 888-944-9400 for assistance. 
  1. US Mobile: 
  • Account Number: Your US Mobile account number can be provided by US Mobile Customer support via chat, email (help@usmobile.com), or over the phone at 611 or 878-205-0088. 
  • Carrier PIN: Typically, US Mobile does not require a PIN, so you can try using 1234. If this does not work, you can contact US Mobile Customer support via chat, email (help@usmobile.com), or over the phone at 611 or 878-205-0088 for assistance. 
  1. Verizon: 
  • Account Number: Your Verizon account number is available on your bill or online account under the account overview listed at the top. 
  • Carrier PIN: To initiate the process, dial #PORT from the smartphone with the desired number. After verification, a link will be sent to generate the Number Transfer PIN in My Verizon. For assistance, call 800-922-0204 during operating hours: 8AM-7PM (Mon-Sat) and 8AM-5PM (Sun). 
  1. Virgin:

  1. Visible:

  1. WOW Mobile: 
  • Account Number: You can typically find your WOW! mobile account number in your account settings.

  • Account Number: Access your Spectrum Mobile account and go to the Billing tab. Your Spectrum Mobile account number will be displayed at the top of your statement. 
  • Carrier PIN/Passcode: The default PIN for Spectrum Mobile is 1234. To start the porting process, navigate to the app menu, select ‘My Account,’ choose ‘Number Porting,’ and tap ‘Port out your number’.
